Emergency Responses Project

Originally named the Community Services Project, it was established during 2004 and in 2007 the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donates $ 5,000 to the Cambodian Red Cross to meet the needs of the poor and helpless. Since the inception of this project, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation provided assistance to a total of 6,074 beneficiaries, including the provision of food, clothing, medicine to widows, orphans and the elderly.

Later in 2019, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation studied and changed the name of the Community Service Project to an Emergency Response Project under the Community Service Program, which was officially approved by Dr. Quach Mengly, Executive Director of the Mengly J. Quach Foundation on June 11, 2019. In the past, the project has responded with a number of emergencies, such as providing food to poor families who are starving, subsidizing monthly meals for needy students, etc.
