Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Donates 1,000,000 riels to Mrs. Kalyan Seng in Phnom Penh

With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated 1,000,000 riels to Mrs. Kalyan Seng for contribution her brother-in-law and medical treatment expense after the accident. It is noted that Mrs. Seng Kalyan and her family are living in sangkat Boeung Keng Kang, khan Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh.
MJQ Foundation extends a helping hand to the poor and the needy. The donations given to them can help rebuild and continue their lives. The recipients of the donations were very happy, and MJQ Foundation understands this commitment and passion to help.
