Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Donates 200,000 riels To Mr. Leakhen Tith in Phnom Penh.

With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated 200,000 riels to Mr. Leakhen Tith for contribution to the expenses of his daily survival. It is noted that Mr. Leakhen Tith and his family are living in Toul Roka village, Sangkat Chak Angre Krom, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
MJQ Foundation extends a helping hand to the poor and the needy. The donations given to them can help rebuild and continue their lives. The recipients of the donations were very happy, and MJQ Foundation understands this commitment and passion to help.
