Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Donates $ 384.30 to Mr. Bona Chab from Kampong Chhnang Province

With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated $ 385.30 to Mr. Bona Chab for contribution to the expenses of his dental treatment. It is noted that Mr. Bona Chab are living in Thnal village, Kraing Lvea commune, Samaki Meanchey district, Kampong Chhnang province.
