Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach donates 1,650 kg of rice to 33 families of MJQE’s staff affected by the Covid-19 outbreak

On August 10, 2020, Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, through Mengly J. Quach Foundation, donated 1,650 kg of rice to 33 families of MJQE’s staff. It is remarkable that from mid-April to the mid-August 2020, to help contribute to the fight against Covid-19 with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach donated 33,350 kg of rice and 12,020 cans of canned fish to 2,209 families of MJQE’s staff, vulnerable people in communities, pagodas and NGOs affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, at a total cost of around 40,000 US dollars.
MJQ Foundation extends a helping hand to the poor and the needy. The donations given to them can help rebuild and continue their lives. The recipients of the donations were very happy, and MJQ Foundation understands this commitment and passion to help.
MJQ Foundation charity services is an ongoing initiative to help the poor and offer services to the people in dire need or living conditions. MJQ Foundation continues to respond in the development of the rural and remote areas. We are all the same by blood and we can show the new generations that we can help one another for the good of everyone, both now and in the future.
