Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach donates 2,000,000 riels to help a patient of cancer disease in Kampong Cham

On August 16, 2020, Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, through Mengly J. Quach Foundation, donated a relief fund of 2,000,000 riels to Mr. Iv Oan, a patient of cancer disease, to support his medical treatment and his daily survival expenses. Mr. Iv Oan lives in Speu Kor village, Chey Yor commune, Chamkar Leu district, Kampong Cham province.
