Mr. Sam An Sem joined the Mengly J. Quach Foundation on September 03, 2018 as a Grant Project Manager. Then, he was promoted to Senior Operations Officer of Operations Department of Mengly J. Quach Education in December 2020 and to the Program Manager of Mengly J. Quach Foundation on January 12, 2021.

Prior to joining with the Mengly J. Quach Foundation, he had worked for a number of positions, including English Teacher, Administrative Officer, Project Manager, Program Manager of local NGOs for several years, and he had served as an Executive Director of a Local NGOs in Kampong Cham province for almost 8 years.

Mr. Sam An Sem graduated a Bachelor Degree of Management, majoring in Human Resource Management from Chea Sim University of Kamchay Mear in 2010. He also attended some training courses such as leadership, facilitation skill, training planning, Research Methodologies and Report Writing.
