Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Offers Scholarship of $ 2,400 to Financial-hardship Student in Phnom Penh

Congratulation to Mr. Devid Oung, a financial hardship student in Phnom Penh, who has been selected as the recipient of Mengly J. Quach scholarship program. The scholarship awarded will cover 100% tuition fee of university program, majoring in Legal skill at Build Bright University to completion, which is totaling in US dollars of $ 2,400. We expect Mr. Devid Oung to graduate from his four years degree program in 2026. Mengly J. Quach foundation is proud to be the sponsor, and proud to be participated in helping the government to educate many young Cambodian graduate from university.
