Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Offers Scholarship of $ 1,935 to Financial-hardship Student from Kandal province

Congratulation to Miss Kimheng Ny, a financial hardship student from Kandal province, who has been selected as the recipient of Mengly J. Quach scholarship program. The scholarship awarded will cover 75% tuition fee of university program, majoring in Accounting skill at the Vanda Institute to completion, which is totaling in US dollars of $ 1,935. We expect Miss Kimheng Ny to graduate from her four years degree program in 2026. Mengly J. Quach foundation is proud to be the sponsor, and proud to be participated in helping the government to educate many young Cambodian graduate from university.
