Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Offers Scholarship of $ 1,400 to Financial-hardship Student from Siem Reap province

Congratulation to Miss Chamroeun Rom, a financial hardship student from Siem Reap province, who has been selected as the recipient of Mengly J. Quach scholarship program. The scholarship awarded will cover 100% tuition fee of university program, majoring in Khmer Literature skill at the Royal University of Phnom Penh to completion, which is totaling in US dollars of $ 1,400. We expect Miss Chamroeun Rom to graduate from her four years degree program in 2026. Mengly J. Quach foundation is proud to be the sponsor, and proud to be participated in helping the government to educate many young Cambodian graduate from university.
