Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Donates 2,000,000 riels To Miss Pang Thao from Siem Reap province

With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated 2,000,000 riels to Miss Pang Thao for contribution to the expenses of artificial hand It is noted that Miss Pang Thao is living in Svay Chek commune, Angkor Thom district, Siem Reap province.
