Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Offers Scholarship of $ 700 to Financial-hardship Student from Kampong Speu province

Congratulation to Miss Chanthy Sat, a financial hardship student from Kampong Speu province, who has been selected as the recipient of Mengly J. Quach scholarship program. The scholarship awarded will cover 100% tuition fee of university program, majoring in Khmer Literature skill at Royal University of Phnom Penhto to completion, which is totaling in US dollars of $ 700. We expect Miss Chanthy Sat to graduate from her two years degree program in 2024. Mengly J. Quach foundation is proud to be the sponsor, and proud to be participated in helping the government to educate many young Cambodian graduate from university.
