Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Donates $ 300 to help an old lady of cancer disease from Kandal province

With sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation on May 25, 2022 donated $300 to Mrs. Kroeun Heng to contribution for her breast cancer treatment. It is noted that Mrs. Mrs. Kroeun Heng is living in Kbal Koh village, Koh Oknha Tey Commune, Khsach Kandal District, Kandal Province.
