Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Donates $ 500 to Help A Student got traffic accident

With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation on May 26, 2022, donated $ 500 to Mr. Ka Vann for contribution to medical treatment expenses of his daughter, Miss. Seangly Van, who was seriously injured by traffic accident in Prey Lvea commune, Prey Kabas district, Takeo province.
