Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach through the Mengly J. Quach Foundation. On March 24, 2022, donated food to Meng Ly J. Quach Charity. 263rd Donation of Porridge to 243 Orphans and Disabled Children in the National Infant and Toddler Borey in Damnak Thom 3 Village, Sangkat Stung Meanchey 3, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
MJQ Foundation extends a helping hand to the poor and the needy. The donations given to them can help rebuild and continue their lives. The recipients of the donations were very happy, and MJQ Foundation understands this commitment and passion to help.
