Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, through Mengly J. Quach Foundation, on January 24, 2022 donated USD5,000 to HBB Clinic Phnom Penh to support the medical treatment and circumcision to financial-hardship people.

MJQ Foundation extends a helping hand to the poor and the needy. The donations given to them can help rebuild and continue their lives. The recipients of the donations were very happy, and MJQ Foundation understands this commitment and passion to help.
