Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Helps A Man For His Neurosurgery Caused By Traffic Accident

With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation on January 3, 2022 coordinated in safely transporting Mr. Mov Sout to Preah Kosomak Hospital for his neurosurgery caused by a traffic accident. All expenses related to surgery, medical care and others totaled approximately $2,000. It is noted that Mr. Mov Sout is living in Toul Kandol Village, Chikor Commune, Tbong Khmum District, Tbong Khmum Province.
