Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach donates 1,000,000 riels to help an old lady at Kampong Chhnang province

Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, through Mengly J. Quach Foundation, on September 9, 2021 donated 1,000,000 riels to Grandma Chantha Thoeurng for contribution to the expense of her medical treatment and daily survival. It is remarked that Grandma Chantha Thoeurng, 65, is the mother of Nakru Channoeurn Pov, living in Psar village, Psar commune, Boribo district, Kampong Chhnang province.
