Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, through Mengly J. Quach Foundation, on November 05, 2024 has provided 50 kilograms of rice, canned fish, instant noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce and detergent powder to Mrs. Sreyneang Theng and her families in Trayeng village, Ream Audeuk commune, Kirivong district, Takeo province. It is remarked that this event is the activity of 346th MJQ Food Banking of the Mengly J. Quach Foundation.
