Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach donates $250 to Mr. Veasna Chum from Phnom Penh

The Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated $250 to Mr. Veasna Chum to cover cost for his wife medical fee, thanks to the generosity of Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach. It is noted that Mr. Veasna Chum and his families are living in Sansam Kosal 1 village, Sangkat Beoung Tompun, Khan Mean Cheay, Phnom Penh.
