Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach donates 400,000 riels to Mrs. Sophal Sin from Kandal province

The Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated 400,000 riels to Mrs. Sophal Sin to cover her medical fee for tumors removal, thanks to the generosity of Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach. It is noted that Mrs. Sophal Sen comes from Kampong Svay village, Kampong Svay commune, Kandal province.
