Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach donates $ 1,000 to Vichata Khen in Phnom Penh

With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated $1,000 to Miss Vichata Khen for contribution to medical treatment expense after the traffic accident. It is noted that Miss Vichata Khen and her family are living in Sangkat Chak Angre Krom, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
