With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated $ 1,000 and foodstuffs such as 100 k.g. of rice, 2 packs of canned fish, 2 cases of instant noodles, 6 bottles of fish sauce, 6 bottles of soy sauce to Mr. Roth Neang and Mrs. Phai Duch for contribution to the expenses of their daily survival in Tareab Donsor village, Koki commune, Kien Svay district, Kandal province.
