Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach donates 4,000,000 to Mr. Kha Khun in Siem Reap province

With the sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated 4,000,000 riels to Mr. Kha Khun for contribution to his house renovation. It is noted that Mr. Kha Khun and his family are living in Kork Tachan village, Sangkat Kork Chak, Siem Reap City, Siem Reap province.
