Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach Offers Scholarship of $ 1,600 to Financial-hardship Student from Kampot province

Congratulation to Mr. Borey Chroy, a financial hardship student from Kampot provnice, who has been selected as the recipient of Mengly J. Quach scholarship program. The scholarship awarded will cover 100% tuition fee of university program, majoring in Business management skill at National Institute of Business to completion, which is totaling in US dollars of $ 1,600. We expect Mr. Borey Chroy to graduate from his four years degree program in 2026. Mengly J. Quach foundation is proud to be the sponsor, and proud to be participated in helping the government to educate many young Cambodian graduate from university.
